The "Rising Tide" of multi-polarity
The TRUTH about "multi-polarity" and some of its prominent proponents
Maybe it's just me but towards the end of last year (2025), my Twitter feed was all of sudden full of posts like these:

You can argue that the tweet immediatelly above stems from a commercial interest given it is posted by an entity whose literal business is helping westerners immigrate to Russia.

However, what about all the other examples above?
What is going on?
Before I discuss that, I want to highlight an example of one media commentator which I find particularly egregious
An "in your face" Example
One person who seems to be particularly aggressive in posting or amplifying CCP propaganda, including official statements from the PRC government, is a Sichuan-born Chinese American (who is now residing in Bali) by the name of Carl Zha.
All the tweets below were posted on the same day:

Here is the point where Zha moves from what I perceive as shilling to something a lot more omnious...and in my humble opinion completely unaccpetable for a media 'personality':

Mr. Zha regularly interacts and amplifies other pro-PRC 'commentators':

And then gets them on his Silk & Steel Podcast, described as:
A podcast about China, Silk Road, history, culture, geopolitics.
Last year (2025), Mr. Zha's podcast has been incorporated into the British alternative media outlet UK Column.

Below are two interviewes Mike Robinson, one of UK Column's lead presenters and co-owners (based on 2025 corporate filings), has done with Mr. Zha back in January and March of last year:

One may ask why an outlet like UK Column will choose to onboard someone like Mr. Zha, who is clearly NOT impartial, given they describe themselves as:
An independent news organisation founded in 2006 by Brian Gerrish, our co-editor. Established with no financial backing or external investment, the UK Column remains completely independent of any advertisers, foundations and political parties.
I will leave you dear reader to ponder on the answer to this question for yourself while I move on.
Before that though, I also wanted to include this video in which one of the most prominent hosts of Twitter Spaces (who even had Elon Musk himself make an appearance several times) interviews the sitting Prime Minister of Hungary.
The topic is quite relevant to this piece but the choice of words in the thumbnail is especially interesting...and very appropriate as you will realise for yourself (hopefully) as you keep reading:
The purpose of this article is to:
- Explain briefly what "Multi-Polarity" is;
- Demonstrate that "Multi-polarity" is an AGENDA rather than something organic; and
- Do a deep dive into an entity which is a prominent proponent of "Multi-polarity" and discuss the key people behind it, including its mysterious benefactor.
Lots to cover so let's get started.
Multi-Polarity
What it is presented as and what it is about in reality?
Before I answer this question, here are a few teasers:

Remember this 'prediction' from the WEF's infamous "8 predictions for the world in 2030" video (released in 2016) where "you'll own nothing and be happy" was the first 'prediction':

In very simple terms, "Multi-Polarity" is presented as an emerging paradigm in global geopolitics which is replacing/dethroning the US-based world order, which has emerged following the collapse of the USSR in the early 1990s.
This is often referred to as the "Uni-polar" world order, which in itself replaced the "Bi-Polar" world order which has emerged following the end of WWII and existed throughout the cold war, in which the US and NATO on one side and the USSR and Warsaw Pact on the other side, (allgedly) competed with each other over dominance and effectively carved up the world between them.
This has arguably been beneficial because it balanced out each side with the mutually assured destruction, in the event of a nuclear war, serving as a further stablising force.
With the USSR no longer in the picture and the US firmly establishing itself as the world's only "super power", the world has transitioned to a "Uni-polar" power structure which has remained in place for about two decades.
With the rise of China ("CHAAAAIIIIINNNNA" for the benefit of POTUS 45/47) as both an economic and military power, and their increasingly assertive stance in world affairs, the dominance of the US has started to be increasingly challenged.
This has become further evident with the emergence of BRICS, an inter-governmantal (read: supranational) organisation formally established in 2009 following a meeting three years prior between the foreign ministers of the founding nations Brazil, Russia, India, and China on the sidelines of the 2006 UN General Assembly.
At the time, BRICS was called the "BRIC Group" (Brazil, Russia, India, China) with the term BRICS adopted once South Africa joined in 2010.
What is interesting to note is that the idea behind BRICS was very much a western idea with the concept first being introduced in a 2001 paper called "Building Better Global Economic BRICs" written by Jim O'Neill, who was at the time the head of global economics research at Goldman Sachs and later became the Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
The paper is available to download to this day from the Goldman Sachs website:

"Build back better" anyone? 😉
Moving right along...
What is "Multi-polarity" all about REALLY?
If you want to understand what "Multi-Polarity" is ACTUALLY about and what the ACTUAL endgame is, I can't recommend highly enough this seminal piece by Hrvoje Morić, an academic and lecturer on international relations turned (very prolific) dissident podcaster.
This is a long read but it is very much worth your time as Mr. Morić's extensive experience in both geopolitical analysis and academia is clearly evident. The primary hypothesis and the article in general are both very well laid out and meticulously referenced with primary source material used almost exclusively.
I will leave it to you dear reader to form your own opinions and decide for yourself whether or not you agree with Mr. Morić's conclusion, which the title of his piece alludes to:

Next, I'd like to include two clips from a recent discussion on UK Column in which the three prominent personalities of that outlet respond to the analysis presented in the above piece (or at least how they perceived it).
This was following an interview Mr. Morić gave to South African Podcaster Jeremy Nell, whose "Jerm Warfare" podcast is now also part of UK Column's line up.
First, here is the interview itself:
Here are the two clips I want to highlight from the follow-up discussion:
Once again, I am not going to run commentary on the commentary in the above two clips and instead suggest you watch these two clips taken from two different episodes of the Corbett Report: the first from April 2026 (this month) and the second from November 2024:
As you can see, the clip features analysis of the Kazan Declaration that was released following the 2024 BRICS annual meeting in Kazan, Russia (hence the name given to the declaration). You can read the full text of the declaration in its official English version by downloading it directly from the Kremlin's website.
Once you've listened to the commentary from the UK Column presenters and watched the analysis (or even better, read the full text of the Kazan declaration), I invite you to think for yourself and decide for yourself whose assessment is more on-point: the three UK Column Presenters, or Mr. Morić.
If you need more info to decide, here is yet another (very recent) episode of the Corbett Report discussing the topic:
Again, you can ignore any opinions expressed above and simply focus purely on the factual information presented, which is all referenced in the transcript found below:

First hand accounts from people who know what life in Russia (the R in BRICS) is ACTUALLY like
Below are a few segments from two recent interviews with people who have a very PERSONAL perspective on the question of Multi-Polarity and whether it is helpful in ANY way in stopping ANY aspects of the globalist agenda (a.k.a. Agenda 2030).
The first one is with Iurie Roşca whose bio reads as follows:
In 1989, Iurie Roşca became one of the founders of the Popular Front of Moldova. He was executive president of the organization from 1989 to 1994. Between 1990 and 2009, he was a deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. He is a journalist and author and “has been at the epicenter of the most important events since 1988 until now.

The second one is with Riley Waggaman (who goes by the pen name Edward Slavsquat). His bio reads as follows:

"I don't think most Russians are very happy about it. It's just insulting at this point...what [is Russia] doing at this point? Here is another interview with Mr. Waggaman on the same topic (life in Russia and whether its government is actually against the globalist agenda) from late last year which I also think is very much worth your while.
Here is an audio version of the above interview:
The rest of this article is dedicated to one of the more prominent proponents of "Multi-Polarity" and the people behind that specific entity.
The reason why this entity deserves special attention will hopefully become apparent as you go through the information.
Let's dive in.
Rising Tide Foundation as MAJOR propagators of "multi-polarity"
What it is and who is behind it
The Rising Tide Foundation is described on its website as follows:
The Rising Tide Foundation is a non-profit organisation based out of Montreal Canada dedicated to the enhancement of cross-cultural understanding and dialogue between east and west.
We support initiatives such as lectures, seminars, and multimedia productions that facilitate greater bridges between east and west while also providing a service that includes geopolitical analysis, research in the arts, philosophy, sciences and history dedicated to the rigorous re-examination of Universal History and the principles governing the cyclical appearance of Renaissances and Dark Ages in human civilization.
The term “a rising tide lifts all boats” was first popularized by America’s 35th President John F. Kennedy who used this poetic image as a means of conveying the idea that true wealth raises everyone rich and poor alike. Describing the construction of energy projects across America, JFK said in September 1963:
“When we develop these resources in the Northwest United States, it is just as well that the country realises that we are not talking about one State or two States or three States; we are talking about the United States. Our people move freely from east to west and even once in a while from west to east, but in any case, the country becomes stronger. There is an old saying that a rising tide lifts all the boats, and as the Northwest United States rises, so does the entire country, so we are glad.”
In recent years, this phrase was revived by China’s President Xi Jinping, who used it to convey the benefits of all nations’ participation in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) as a comprehensive plan for win-win cooperation and inter-cultural connectivity centering around energy projects, rail lines, new cities, telecommunications and education.
Just like JFK’s program which involved exporting scientific, industrial and technological progress to poorer nations in order to help others’ help themselves, China has also begun extending the BRI program to Africa, Middle Eastern, Eurasia and even Latin America. And, just as JFK extended olive branches to “enemies” such as Russia and China to work together on great infrastructure and even space exploration, China has extended olive branches to the west with multiple offers to join what foreign minister Wang Yi has called:
"a chorus of nations working to create a beautiful symphony."
Rising Tide Foundation (referred to as RTF for the rest of this article) was registered as a non-profit organisation (NPO), rather than a registered charity in 2019 with two directors based in Quebec, Canada:

The following two examples are a good representation of the type of events/symposiums RTF conducts:

Here is how the description of the second example above starts:
Although it is well known that China has become the world’s largest and fastest growing economy in the world- outpacing the USA since the unveiling of the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, it is too often forgotten that this dominant position is not new, but merely a return to the “normal” state of world affairs characteristic of the 15-19th century which saw China (followed by India) as the two most powerful economies by far on the globe.
Is this economic leadership something which should cause the world to tremble in fear of a new empire as is so common among people of the west?
Should we believe that a powerful nation state must equal a corrupt/imperial state?
As Shaoqian Zhang showcases in his presentation (the 4th lecture in the Rising Tide Foundation event “The Art of the Flank: The New Silk Road Counters an Age of Turbulence”), China’s character as a powerful nation is not something to be feared as certain geopolitical analysts would wish.
Below is the full presentation by Shaoqian Zhang mentioned above:
RTF are prolific content creators and their YouTube channel (which was also created in 2019) has almost 600 videos:

Below are the first three videos ever posted by RTF on YouTube back in 2019:
Now it's time to look at what really matters in every organisation: its key personnel.
Let's look at the key people behind RTF.
Key personnel of the Rising Tide Foundation
The three directors & some members of the advisory board

As you can see above, there is a mismatch in the names of two of the three directors between what is shown in the official government records for RTF and what is shown on their about page.
The about page also shows a third director who does NOT appear in the official corporate filings. I'll get to him shortly.
In the interest of both accuracy and completness, I am going to refer to the two directors by their names as shown in the official filings as I assume these will be accurate. The names the two directors are known as in public are also included as per the RTF about page.
Christine Cynthia Corey
Christine Cynthia Corey (a.k.a Cynthia Chung) is the President of RTF and one of the two listed directors.
Here is how she is described on the RTF about page:

The President of RTF is a prolific content creator with over 14k subscribers to her Substack and has also authored two books as you can see in the blurb above:

A quick check of her Amazon profile reveals that she has also co-authored several books with her husband and fellow RTF Director Ehret.
Like her husband, the President of RTF also appears to have a distinct "Multi-Polar" bias (although I am happy to be corrected on that if she feels I am wrong). As an example, below is an interview she gave on the Radio Sinoland podcast back in December 2020. The Podcast artwork is as follows:

The website for the podcast is currently featuring the following images on its homepage:

The description for the discussion contains the following:
The takeaway lesson throughout this discussion is that the western world may now be facing its final chance to avoid disaster and world war by joining hands with the BRICS and multipolar alliance led by the combined efforts of Russia and China.
For the avoidance of doubt, I want to pause here for a second and clarify that I am absolutely NOT against west and east maintaining good relations and living with each other in piece.
What I am ABSOLUTELY AGAINST though is for east and west to join forces to bring about the New World Order...or "World Government 3.0" as refers to by Hrvoje Morić in his seminal piece mentioned previously.
Hopefully the note below serves to clarify my position:
(I never received a reply in case you are wondering).
Matthew Jonathon Ludwig Ehret-Kump
Matthew Jonathon Ludwig Ehret-Kump (a.k.a Matthew Ehret) is the second Director of RTF listed in the official government records. He is also Corey's (Chung's) Husband.

Mr. Ehret-Kump presents himself as:
Dean of Political Science at the
American University of Moscow
Here is an example of a certificate furnished by the "American University in Moscow" in which he is indeed shown as "Dean, Department of Political Science" with Edward Lozansky (who was a member of RTF's "advisory board" until he passed away in 2025) shown as the "President". I discuss Dr. Lozansky further down in this piece.
Have a close look at this certificate and decide for yourself how legit it looks:

It is worth noting that Mr. Ehret-Kump does not appear to have any formal background in political science or anything remotely related to it.
He is described on his personal website as:
With an educational background formed by an Illustration and Design Montreal’s Dawson college and Concordia’s Mel Oppenheim School of Cinema Film Animation program, I embarked onto a field of art that spans storyboarding, cartooning, illustration, book design, graphics, teaching and portraits.
The website does indeed feature exclusively art with the first post being this one from August 2008 and the latest one being this one from September 2020.
How does a person with a background such as the one above becomes "Dean of Political Science" at an international University (allgedly) is a question that only Mr. Ehret-Kump can answer (and maybe Dr. Lozansky as well but he is no longer with us).
Like his wife, Mr. Ehret-Kump is a very prominent proponent of multi-polarity and is a regular panelist on the Russian state-owned English language channel RT International's CrossTalk political talk show. The extent of his involvement and the frequency by which he appears on CrossTalk (and RT in general) can be ascertained quickly and easily through searching the RT website.
Mr. Ehret-Kump also gave an address at the inaugural meeting of the World Public Assembly which is described as:
An international humanitarian forum, on 20–21 September, coinciding with the United Nations International Day of Peace.
Organizers are expecting over 4,000 delegates from roughly 150 countries to be a part of the Assembly.
Participants span over a few broad categories: descendants of historical icons, ministers, diplomats, scientists, cosmonauts, public diplomacy leaders, representatives of civil society, spiritual leaders, mayors, and media professionals.
This event was actively promoted by the Russian government in the international arena:
💬 #Zakharova: On September 20-21, Moscow will host the 1st World Public Assembly, a humanitarian forum timed to coincide with the International Day of Peace.
— MFA Russia 🇷🇺 (@mfa_russia) September 4, 2025
The Assembly aims to foster international partnerships that are grounded in mutual respect for each nation’s values. pic.twitter.com/z9f70hL9Fc
Below is the address in full as was posted to the RTF YouTube channel. Mr. Ehret-Kump described his address as:
My theme was war avoidance and US-Russian co-development of the Arctic with a focus on recovering the dream of uniting the world around the Berign Strait as dreamed by both Russian and American leaders during the 19th and early 20th century.
These days it appears that Mr. Ehret-Kump tends to drop the Kump part from his byline but he does still appear as "Ehret-Kump" on several publications he wrote from including:
- This one which is the Europe-focused publication of The Liberty Beacon;
- This one dedicated to "reviews of books both from and about China";
- This one describing itself as "independent organization consisting of an international network of people - from a wide variety of fields and disciplines - who specialize in the geopolitical, geostrategic and political analysis of world events. The group consists of political thinkers, international relations (IR) researchers, experts in security and counter-terrorism, and journalists concerned with international affairs, geopolitics, ethno-politics and inter-religious dialogue." whose "supervisory board" is comprised entirely of people who are clearly Russian;
- This one describing itself as: "Tactical Talk Network has been presenting global foreign policy since 2015, through its purely unbiased and fearless broadcast journalism distributed across Tacticaltalk.net, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube."; and
- This one describing its mission as: "to promote a multipolar world based on the hierarchy of "Big Spaces." Our goal is the struggle for a new fourth nomos of the Earth (in the terminology of K. Schmitt). This nomos must be radically different from the unipolar globalist model based on the dictatorship of liberal ideology." The .ru in the domain name also indicates it is based in Russia as is the Cyrillic alphabet used for its logo.
As you probably gathered, Mr. Ehret-Kump is very rarely (if ever) critical of anything China or Russia do and the article below is a good example to the common thread in his content:

He also discussed this article with Jeremy Nell on his "Jerm Warfare" Podcast, which is now part of UK Column.
The video appears to be paywalled but the audio is freely available:
I am not going to discuss whether or not there was indeed a "massacare" at Tiananmen Square back in 1989 and will leave you to do your own research on the matter. In the interest of balance though, I will also refer you to this "fact checking" piece from Deutsche Welle, the international public broadcaster of Germany, which is entirely funded by the German government (so keep that in mind obviously):

I never looked into this topic deeply myself so won't pass judgement. Read both and YOU be the judge (or not) what is the truth.
Here is another (very recent) discussion between Mr. Ehret-Kump and Mr. Nell on the very same platform (The "Jerm Warfare" Podcast on UK Column):

I'd especially like to draw your attention to what Mr. Ehret-Kump is saying about China in this discussion. Below are all China references stitched together by yours truly:
One particularly odd example is the discussion below whose description reads as follows:
The clash between two opposing conceptions of international law are explored with unipolar advocates of the "Rules Based Order" promoting a system of World Government on the one hand vs champions of the UN Charter and Westphalian system defending a system of multipolarity on the other
I am not sure if my eyes are seeing right and my brain is processing correctly what I am reading but to me it seems this is saying the UN (the "One World Government" in waiting according to many) is promoting a "system of multipolarity" as OPPOSITION to a "system of World Government".

I don't know. Maybe I am misuderstanding or misinterpreting.
Listen for yourself and YOU be the judge:
To wrap up this section, it is also worth mentioning that earlier in his Career Mr. Ehret-Kump was also active in an organisation called Committee for the Republic of Canada. The organisation describes itself as:
The Committee for the Commonwealth (Republic) of Canada was founded in October 1983. It is defined by its Rules and Statutes as a voluntary association of people living in Canada who adhere to the outlook of natural law and republican law.
Already in late 1981, the future founders of the Committee for the Republic of Canada were dedicated on principle to "giving to Canada something of great value to its present persons and their posterity."
It was then our informed conviction, premised upon as intensive a collaborative reflection upon history as has been undertaken during this century that our proposal made to Lyndon LaRouche to consider writing a draft of a national constitution for Canada could potentially represent a new beacon of hope for mankind:
"That it would be within the power of the people of Canada to fashion themselves into such a beacon of hope, to establish a living example which other peoples and nations may emulate in some fashion appropriate to their own problems, development and other circumstances."
The objective of the Committee, in accord with the principles of law enunciated in the above mentioned proposal for a Draft Constitution of the Commonwealth of Canada, is the education of the Canadian population towards such a republican outlook through the use of various media, conferences, educational projects, and other means. The purpose of the Committee for the Commonwealth of Canada is defined as the promotion of the individual, both the living and posterity, in respect to those divine potentialities "imago viva Dei" which distinguish all living persons immediately from all beasts.
Below is a talk he gave in 2018 as a represenative on their behalf:

There is so much more to discuss about Mr. Ehret-Kump but I really need to move on because the third Director of RTF is a REAL DOOZY...so strap in!
Marcel Jahnke
While RTF's official filings with the Canadian Government contain only two directors, their website names three.
The third one is a German national by the name of Marcel Jahnke and here is how he is described on the RTF website:

The above description really doesn't do Mr. Jahnke justice as there is sooooo much more he is involved in when it comes to "journalism" and especially the Alternative Media space.
Here's a little 'warm up':
Mr. Jahnke is listed as Executive Producer on two documentaries produced by RTF:

Mr. Jahnke doesn't seem to be active on social media but does have a Substack profile whose only public activity is this one:

This is the article Mr. Jahnke liked and as you can see, it was written by fellow RTF Director (and President), Christine Cynthia Corey under her 'pen name' (??) Cynthia Chung shortly after Russia started its "special military operation" in Ukraine.

However, his involvement goes well well (well!) beyond RTF!
Mr. Jahnke has also played a key role at the now defunct Australian-based 24/7 online network TNT and allegedly contributed to its demise:

Mr. Jahnke currently owns 20% of UK Column
Here is a screenshot from the about page of long running (20 years old this year) British alternative media outlet UK Column.

It appears that UK Column was forced to disclose publicly Mr. Jahnke's stake in order to satisfy new requirements in the United Kingdom around declaring People with Significant Control(PSCs), which took effect on November 18, 2025.
Based on corporate filings by Akita Media Limited, which is the entity behind UK Column ("UK Column" is its trading name), Mr. Jahnke acquired his stake at UK Column through a corporate structure he controls called YMS Market Access:

YMS Market Access is registered in Hong Kong as the screenshot from the Hong Kong Companies Registry shows:

YMS Market Access has the following three directors based on official Hong Kong government data:

The two directors other than Mr. Jahnke appear to be:
- His daughter Mayumi Emilia Jahnke - Ms. Jahnke graduated in 2024 from the prestigious Bangkok International and Preparatory School, describing itself as "Our programme of study is based on the National Curriculum of England, offering a quality education to students from Pre-Nursery to Year 13. We offer a rigorous I/GCSE programme to Year 10 and Year 11 students as a precursor to the Cambridge-approved A Levels available to study in Year 12 and Year 13." and appears to be currently studying business administration at Thammasat University in Thailand, one of the most presitigious universities in Asia. It would be safe to conclude that Ms. Jahnke had a very priviliged upbringing (not that there is anything wrong with that in itself).
- The other director is Pui Chi Chan. While I was unable to determine who that person is definitively, a search through the official companies registry of Hong Kong reveals that this person is a director of quite a few other companies associated with Mr. Jahnke and appears to have professional qualifications as a Company Secretary.
As an example, one of the companies both Marcel Jahnke AND Pui Chi Chan appear to be directors of is MHM Healthcare (International) Limited which was incorporated in 2010.
In a May 2023 interview (paywalled) Mr. Jahnke gave to Carl Zha he stated that his career accelerated when he lead the establishement of a China subsidiary of a Japanese pharmaceutical company in China. Mr. Jahnke said that he started this company back in 2010 which is the same year MHM Healthcare (International) Limited was established.
Mr. Zha's connection can be defintiviely confirmed through this page in Chinese (also archived) in which Mr. Jahnke is shown:

The page also shows a booth of MHM Healthcare with some of its partners and products:

Finally, here is a recent video featuring three of UK Column's presenters (two of them co-owners) discussing Mr. Jahnke (the new co-owner) and his involvement with UK column. It is also worth noting that Jeremy Nell is saying in this clip that he has known Mr. Jahnke "for a long time" (how long exacly is a question for Mr. Nell):
In closing off this section, I'd like to also include the following:
I can now disclose that the person Mr. Cibis is referring to in the video below is indeed Marcel Jahnke:
Further discussion about Marcel Jahnke can also be found in this piece:

As you can probably gather, there is a LOT more that can be said about Marcel Jahnke and his various activities and involvements but this should be enough for now to give you an idea.
Next I'd like to touch on several members of RTF's "Advisory Board".
Martin Sieff

As you can see in the above screenshot, Mr. Sieff is described as:
Adjunct Professor of Transnational Threats at Bay Atlantic University
However, yet when I go to the website of Bay Atlantic University (BAU) and look at its faculty, I do not see Mr. Sieff. This by itself is not too much of an alarm given he is an "Adjunct Professor" which means he doesn't work for BAU on a full time basis.
I kept digging and came across this page:

Here Mr Sieff is described as:
Martin Sieff is a seasoned international affairs author and commentator. He is now working as the Senior Fellow at the American University in Moscow. He served as Managing Editor, International Affairs, Chief News Analyst, Defense Industry Editor, and Chief Political Correspondent at United Press International (UPI) from 1999 to 2009. He was Chief Foreign Correspondent for The Washington Times as its Soviet and East European correspondent covering the collapse of communism from 1986 to 1992, and then its State Department correspondent from 1992 to 1999.
I find it a bit strange that Mr. Sieff's affiliation with BAU is not mentioned given this event is hosted by them (with the recording posted on their YouTube channel) but maybe his position as "Adjunct Professor" there came after this event took place in February 2021.
Mr. Sieff also took part in two earlier events hosted by BAU.
The first one took place in April 2020 just as the 'pandemic' was declared:

In the description of the recording of the above event that was posted to YouTube on May 9, 2020 Mr. Sieff is described in exactly the same manner as the 2021 event mentioned above.
The second one took place in 2017:

For this event Mr. Sieff is described as:
Global Affairs Fellow, Global Policy Institute
Again, no mention of him being an "Adjunct Professor" at BAU despite another panelist by the name of Rosalind Rothwell indeed being described as "Adjunct Professor of History, BAU International University".
Make of this what you will but before I move on, let's look quickly at BAU itself described on the about page as:
Bay Atlantic University is a private, non-profit university in Washington, DC that offers higher education programs to domestic and international students at its centrally located campus, just a short walk from the White House. Bay Atlantic University is established as a New Generation University which is defined by six key aspects: Affordable, Focused, Global, Connected, Central and Dynamic; aspects that are measured within the strategic planning process.

Have you ever come across a University (which also happens to be a "short walk from the White House") that is BOTH "Private" AND "Non-profit"...and aims to offer "affordable" tuition to "international students"?
I have not.
When I check BAU on Google Maps it appears to be housed in a single building next to Lafayette Square right behind the White House. Some of the photos on the Google Map listing appear to be stock footage while others seem questionable. You be the judge!
Dr. Edward Lozansky

Dr. Edward Lozansky has passed away last year so I acknowledge that he can therefore no longer respond to any questions about himself or his work history.
Therefore, I will stick purely to factual information and avoid passing any judgements. Instead I will leave it to YOU dear reader to do so yourself (or not).
Dr. Lozansky and his wife are the founders of "Russia House". Despite the officialy sounding name they have no formal connection with the russian government.

Russia House is also the parent entity of the "American University in Moscow" which issues certificates such as these:

The webpage for the "American University in Moscow" describes it as:
AUM was founded in 1990 with the support of Presidents George H.W. Bush and Michail Gorbachev to educate new generations of Russian and American youth in the spirit of friendship and cooperation between the two nations to jointly meet the world’s enormous security, economic, ecological, and other challenges.
The same page also displays a 1990 letter from 1990 the Vice President of the United States at the time Dan Quayle, which is addressed to Dr. Lozansky directly and congratulaing him on the commencement of the first class of the "American University in Moscow":

Despite my efforts, I was unable to find this letter in the US National Archives or anywhere else on the web for that matter (by using an image search).
It does appear though that an academic institute by the name of the "American University in Moscow" has indeed existed and was indeed established by Mikhail Gorbachev and George H. W. Bush as the "first private university" in Russia but that university has since been rebranded as Moscow International University.
Despite that, the certificate above featuring Edward D. Lozansky as "President" and Matthew J.L Ehret as "Dean of the department of Political Science" still use the name "American University in Moscow".
In this obituary to Dr. Lozansky he is described as:
In 1990, he founded the American University in Moscow (now Moscow International University)
Upon searching the English version website of Moscow International University, no mentions of either Dr. Lozansky or Mr. Ehret can be found:

Neither is there a mention of a Department of "Politicial Science" of which Mr. Ehret is allegedly the "Dean":

The obituary to Dr. Lozansky mentioned above was written by Martin Sieff mentioned above:
A word of remembrance from Martin Sieff, joined by the entire editorial staff of the Pluralia project.
It appears on a webiste that appears to have some association with Lozansky's "Russia House" and appears like a news website at first, but doesn't seem to be upon closer inspection:

The association appears to be due to the fact the homepage displays links to entities that were indeed affiliated with the late Dr. Lozansky:

Any amgiuity is removed entirely once you visit this page of the "New Kontinent" which says the following:
Communication is a key factor here. The quality of bilateral dialog must be dramatically improved to improve U.S.-Russia relations. Political and civil institutions in both countries must have a solid platform to discuss issues, exchange opinions, and resolve outstanding problems.
With this in mind, we have created New Kontinent to promote political, economic, and civil cooperation between the United States and Russia. We are committed to fighting old stereotypes, building trust, and identifying areas of common interest. While we perfectly understand that bringing friendship and genuine cooperation into U.S.-Russia relations is a difficult goal, we believe it is realistic.

The website for "Russia House" has no address or any contact details except an email address....which is the SAME ONE for both the Washington DC & Moscow Offices:

In 2024, Dr. Lozansky took part in the "Verona Eurasian Economic Forum".

Here is an extract from the above piece which appears on the "New Kotinent" website, which I already proved Dr. Lozansky either had a close association with, or owned outright:
The XVII Verona Eurasian Economic Forum agenda, which took place last week (5-6th of December) in Ras Al Khaimah, one of the 7 United Arab Emirates, was announced as “New Architecture of Cooperation for the Modern Economy, ” and Its 1000+ representatives of government, business, media, and public circles from all continents except Australia can testify that the content of speeches and the general atmosphere were in line with its name.
And there is also this on the same page:
Interestingly, another economic forum in Davos, Switzerland, uses similar words for its agendas. For example, the one in January this year called for “advancing dialogue, cooperation, and action-oriented partnership at a time of growing fragmentation and polarization.” However, judging from the opinions of those who attended both Forums, the Davos participant selection process, the exclusion of representatives from certain countries, the size of fees—tens of thousands for Davos vs. zero for Verona—and most importantly, the unipolar vs. multipolar vision of the world order, the resemblance is by the name only.
The 2025 gathering of the "Verona Eurasian Economic Forum" had a participant which one may argue does raise an eyebrow:

Finally for this section, it seems that back in 2019, someone paid the New York Times to publish the following piece that was authored by Dr. Lozansky:

Closing thoughts
This was a long piece to read so I thank you for investing the time and reading till the end. You can only imagine how long it took to put this together.
This article is a collaborative effort many months in the making with the identity of the other contributors to be revealed at a later date.
If there was one takeaway I'd like you to take from this piece is the fact that just like with many other things in our world:
I will leave you with this timeless quote by legendary conspiracy researcher Milton William "Bill" Cooper:

The TRUTH does not care. It just IS!
To allow me to continue this work and expand it further and in pursuit of the mission to “Tell the Truth…and shame the devil”, your financial contribution is greatly appreciated.
